Your metabolism is certainly doing a better job than other peoples’. However, this will not last long.
Over time various signs of illness will appear, starting with winter colds or flu, fatigue, a little bit of weight gain, maybe allergies, and later on more serious diseases. A heart attack at the age of 40 is definitely not normal, but it quickly becomes quite common.
Society teaches us that it is normal to develop wrinkles, arthritis, osteoporosis, heart problems, respiratory problems and various other diseases associated with old age. This is a false assumption. A healthy lifestyle will protect you from all kinds of problems and will provide tons of energy to accomplish anything you want in order to have the life you desire, at any age.
I’ve met people who haven’t had a common headache for years. Isn’t that great? The gift of life is ours, we just need to raise our arms and grab it. Nature will always do the rest for us.
